As we grow dynamically, we’re looking for a passionate Indirect Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our spend visibility and compliance development initiatives within the organization.

Feladatok
What You'll Do
Contract & Tool Administration
• Clean up Legisway data (e.g. verify whether termination / notice periods in the system match the signed contracts)
• Upload new contracts, amendments, and extensions in Legisway
• Support with DocuSign clean-up and status tracking (completed / pending / expired)
• Maintain simple overviews of contracts approaching expiry or renewal
Procurement Support (on demand)
• Support quote / proposal comparisons based on predefined criteria
• Support smaller, less complex RFQs: contact vendors for quotations, collect and consolidate offers for review
Data & Coordination Support
• Prepare and maintain basic contract and supplier lists (e.g. supplier name, contract term, renewal date)
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on missing information or documents
• Support preparation of procurement-related documentation and templates
Documentation & Communication
• Support maintenance of SharePoint content for Indirect Procurement (guidelines, templates, FAQs)
• Support meeting preparation, minutes, and action tracking if required

What You Bring
• Ongoing university studies
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills and organizational abilities
• Proactive and confident personality
• Interest in agile project management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
