Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies? Do you want to gain hands-on experience building the next generation of AI-powered business solutions? Join our innovative Digitalization & Data Analytics team and work with cutting-edge technologies ranging from Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents to modern data platforms, automation frameworks and cloud-native applications.
• Work environment – you work at the Communication Center located within the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment. You will be part of an innovative Digitalization & Data Analytics team driving AI and data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Team – you collaborate with highly motivated professionals from data analytics, digitalization and business domains, while working closely with international BMW Group experts and cross-functional teams.
• AI-powered solutions – you support the design, development, testing and continuous improvement of AI-powered business solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Emerging technologies and innovation – you explore, evaluate and prototype innovative AI technologies, frameworks and digital solutions, contributing to proof-of-concept activities and future-oriented use cases.
• Data, automation and integrations – you work with APIs, databases and enterprise systems, support the development of intelligent automation workflows, and help build scalable data processing pipelines and cloud-native applications.
• Business analysis and implementation – you analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and contribute to digital transformation projects that create measurable business value.
Elvárások
• Educational background – ongoing studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field.
• Programming skills – programming experience in Python and basic understanding of software development concepts, version control and collaborative development practices.
• Data and integration knowledge – basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases, REST APIs and system integrations. Familiarity with working with data pipelines and enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset – strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured way of thinking and curiosity towards emerging technologies and innovation.
• Language skills – fluent English communication skills. Hungarian or German language knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence – enthusiasm for AI Agents, Agentic AI, Generative AI and modern automation technologies, combined with a strong willingness to learn continuously and experiment with new tools and frameworks.
• Nice to have – experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React or workflow automation platforms like n8n.
