What you will do:
This internship is excellent opportunity, if you are interested to discover procurement environment within an international company. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Intern to support our Global Category Manager for Business Travel. This internship offers hands-on experience across travel category strategy, supplier performance management, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

Your daily tasks will include:
• Data & Reporting
o Compile and validate global travel spend data (by region, airline, etc.)
o Assist with preparing dashboards, reports and presentations for (e.g. quarterly business reviews, cost tracking, productivity)
o Track supplier performance KPIs (service levels, online adoption, advance booking)
• Supplier & Contract Support
o Maintain contract databases and renewal trackers
o Track contract terms, expirations, and SLA performance
o Support meeting scheduling and follow-ups with suppliers or regional stakeholders
• Sourcing & Benchmarking
o Assist in the preparation and execution of sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs), i.e. (e.g. compiling current volumes, pricing baselines, tender analysis, data consolidation, etc.)
o Conduct market and industry research
• Sustainability & CSR Projects
o Assist with sustainability and CSR related projects/programs: tracking, reporting, etc.

Elvárások
• Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Ongoing university studies for at least 2 more active semesters
• Strong English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interest in business travel, procurement, and supplier management.
• We are looking for you if you are not afraid of challenges and taking your career to the next level!
• It is a plus if you:
o Have experience with procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa).
o Have knowledge of airline or TMC industry trends
o Had prior internship or work experience in procurement, travel

 • Flexible and hybrid working schedule: 30-40 hours / week, with a possibility of home office
