Partner Management intern for BMW Plant Debrecen

Tasks
− Partner Management is supporting the overall process of setting up, maintaining, and optimizing the cooperation between BMW and the external service providers.
− As part of your internship, you will be responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our service provider management tools based on MS SharePoint and MS Power Apps.
− This involves also direct contact to the users across the plant to support them in using the tools.
− You will also create and update general documentation and guidelines.
− In the process, you will gain an in-depth insight into collaboration across the plant in Debrecen.
− The support of continuous improvement projects and day-to-day tasks completes your area of responsibility.
Expectations
- Ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, IT or a comparable field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in MS SharePoint and Power Apps would be an advantage.
- English on conversational level, German would be an advantage.
- Good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- At least 20 hours/week
