Tasks
• Dedicated website usage for claim follow-up, understanding the reason of claim, and partial fulfillment.
• Very basic logistics understanding, to know the steps how goods leaving our warehouse (WH)
• Camera system handling, recognizing mistakes found in excel databases, collect and archive camera footages.
• Physical reviews of materials/claims (not usual, but could happen) in WH.
• Analyze the primary causes of picking defects and report it in follow up tools.
• Give regular feedback within the organization (CCC, Transport team and Back-Office) to prevent claims if possible.
• Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch quality flash/trainings to prevent them.
• Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)
• Scope is on physical processes, but also order management and transport.
• Camera system investigation – the trainee will get the necessary training.
Expectations
• MS office (excel, Outlook, PP)
• Communication skills
• 8D, Kaizen, FMEA, SAP and MANH knowledge or experience would be considered as advantage.
