Tasks
• Assist in preparing agendas and supporting materials for daily meetings and team discussions.
• Manage office tasks such as document handling, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
• Provide operational support related to logistical supply, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Analyze logistical problems and develop innovative solutions to optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
• Support the creation of system-related analyses to improve operational workflows and logistics performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential operational improvements and implement effective strategies.
Expectations
• Experience or studies in logistics, supply chain, or operations support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point; Excel)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week
