Junior Property Adviser

We are currently looking for a Junior Property Adviser to join our Advisory & Transactions team that empowers occupiers and owners to anticipate opportunities and execute successful real estate strategies that drive results.

Feladatok

Your role is to support our team of senior experts through the following tasks:
- Actively partake in the Advisory team’s day-to-day business
- Produce pitch and marketing materials and market presentations
- Build specific knowledge of the property market incl. property location, ownership, specifications and tenancies
- Maintain databases and keep track of transaction / client activity
- Source and propose new potential targets
- Participate in property inspections and meetings with clients
- Report to the head of department / manager regarding progress on various projects.

Elvárások

This is your place if:

- You have a degree OR ongoing studies in economics, business administration or related field
- You can work in full time
- You speak and write both in Hungarian and in English on a high level
- You are ambitious, motivated and eager to learn
- You are a confident and independent user of Excel, PPT and Word
- You are keen on taking care of administration but also not afraid to pick up the phone
- You can quickly deliver results and have a drive to do so
- You are a team player and understand that success can be achieved together
