Junior Master Data Analyst (student / trainee)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Master Data Analyst to join our CS team. This entry-level role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in our SAP system, supporting compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.

Feladatok

• Manage and monitor the Vendor Master Data (VMD) mailbox to respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of information submitted by requestors before processing.
• Create and maintain vendor records in SAP in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Perform regular data cleansing and maintenance activities to ensure high-quality master data.
• Support Specialist regarding other tasks like managing and monitoring E-Billing mailbox, analysing data and support in ongoing projects linked to SAP S4Hana
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to data governance initiatives.

• Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Finance, or other fields
• Longer term work dedication (min 2 years)
• Proactive and customer oriented mind-set
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Very good Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Autonomy, integrity and value proposition mind-set
• Availability – 15-20 hrs / week
