Feladatok
• Support workspace management by rearranging project areas, training rooms, and meeting rooms, as well as assisting with minor moves of associates
• Handle requests from the ticketing system such as copying, scanning, laminating, packing, or other light physical work
• Assist with asset management: updating the asset register, conducting yearly inventory, and following TCS and legal inventory rules
• Manage and distribute stationery, mail, and ad-hoc procurements (using the company pool car when required)
• Organize storage rooms and prepare meeting spaces before client visits
• Support HSE activities (e.g. Green Day, fire evacuation) and ensure pool cars are ready when needed (fueling, cleaning, etc.)
• Record and manage data using MS Excel and Word
Elvárások
• High School Diploma
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop
• Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge
• Valid type B driver’s license
