Feladatok
• Handing incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Bulgarian and English.
• Resolving client issues and providing accurate information about our services.
• Updating the internal database (SAP) with relevant customer information.
Elvárások
• Native or fluent (C1) Bulgarian language skills.
• Fluent (B2/C1) English language skills (Hungarian is NOT required).
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
