Purpose of the position is to provide professional HR operations support to all global organizations, HR teams, managers and employees. As a Global HR Operations Administrator you will be a member of the Shared Services HR Support team. You will be responsible for managing the employee life-cycle and HR related requests received from the employees, managers and HR colleagues from all regions.
• The job holder works closely with colleagues within the HR team to ensure that processes and procedures are integrated and actions taken are in accordance with the requirements of the overall functional strategy.
• The data modules in Success Factors are primarily maintained by the incumbent and he/she is responsible for the facilitation and coordination of HR processes across the organization, both within the Success Factors system and outside of it.
• Maintain the integrity of HR data within Success Factors.
• Process transactional initiatives of the Success Factors system to support the centralization of HR operational work globally.
• Maintain and develop knowledge relating to the requirements of the success factors system.
• The job holder must be pursuing BS/BA studies and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English language capability is required for the role. Additional languages are a plus.
