Our team is responsible for not only the Construction Works of Plant Debrecen but also the Facility, Mobility, Security, Fire, Ambulance and Environment management.
You, as a candidate, would contribute not only to our Project Management back-office activities but you would also be involved in management of our external service providers.

Feladatok
− Supporting construction related back-office administration (e.g. fleet management, external service providers e.g. for facility management);
− Contributing to construction management activities by preparing documents, change requests, reports.
− Supporting planning of budget and invest expenditures.
− Preparation of ordering goods and services from external service providers, confirmation of delivery.
− Supporting, predicting, and measuring energy consumption predictions.
− Taking part in implementation of a building automation management system.
− Supporting administration.
Elvárások
− Ongoing university studies in engineering or economics or automation.
− English and Hungarian at conversational level. German is an advantage.
− International experience.
− Confident Excel knowledge. SAP is an advantage.
− Presentation skills.
− Great communication skills and business thinking mindset.
− Basic understanding of financial aspects, environmental and sustainability solutions (photovoltaics, biomass, wind energy).
− Availability 24 hours / week, flexible scheduling, ideally at least 4 hours/day.
