IT Service Desk Trainee

Feladatok
Responsibilities:
• Participation in first-line customer service activities.
• Performing simple tasks related to system administration (e.g. creating/deleting users, managing groups, M365, etc.)
• Support Graphisoft employees at HQ as well as globally.
• Provide active support to the IT Service Desk team.
• Support for creating an asset inventory.
• Support for keeping other records related to the IT process.
• Customer-friendly behavior is expected in an internal support position.
Elvárások
Requirements:
• Computer user skills (Windows, Microsoft O365, Outlook).
• Ongoing university studies for at least three semesters, in the field of IT.
• Basic experience in IT operations.
• Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
• A minimum of 20 hours of work per week.
• Hungarian language skills at native speaker level.
