French speaking Customer Service Representative
One of our partner's main focus is on their fleet management software, because of that their customers are mainly businesses. Our role in the company's life is to help their partners and customers with their additional problems and questions. Currently we have one open positions, a French Speaking Customer Service Representative in a B2B (Business to business) level.
TRAINING:
For this position we hold a 10-day training on weekdays, between 8:00-17:00.
The training is paid under two conditions, once training and nesting is passed, and you have worked 40 hours in the service.
After the training the minimum work hours would be 20-24 hours per week and the service is open from 8:00 until 19:00.

Feladatok
• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications by adjusting to the pace and technical level of the customer
• Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures
• Assist customers or escalate service-related issues to the appropriate department in accordance with the client’s processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy
