We are looking for srudents for 3. French Speaking Customer Response Executive

Function
• Receive inbound calls from current and potential customers, Veterinarians.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to current leads
• Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers.
• Assist customers with any issues experienced with the drugs and document any adverse 7.
• Works at our Call Center answering customer inquiries.
• Assists the Call Center Manager in training other call center agents.
• Forwarding cases to Quality check.


Requirements
• Fluent French and English knowledge
• Good knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
• Ongoing Studies in Hungary is a legal prerequisite in order to work as student at TCS
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
