Recepciós munkakörbe, 2 főt keresnek részmunkaidőben, hosszú távra (1 évre).
Hétfőtől péntekig reggel 8 és este 6 között kell a recepciós.
Két fő heti 25-25 órában dolgozik, de ez az arány akár változhat is, ha a két recepciós egymás között máshogy osztaná fel.
Alapvető követelmény a kedves és határozott fellépés, valamint magas szintű angol nyelvtudás.
A munka leírását és az egyéb elvárások listáját angol nyelven adjuk meg lentebb. Ha ezt megérti a jelentkező, már megfelelő szintű az angoltudása.
A munkavégzés helyszíne: Duna Tower Irodaház.

Feladatleírás:
A reception service is required during operating hours 8am – 6pm Monday-Friday (excl. National Holidays) to ensure all visitors are welcomed and managed in a professional and courteous manner at all times. This service will include –
Meet & greet guests and visitors
Issue all visitors to the Premises and third party contractors working at the Premises upon their arrival with the security passes and collecting these upon their departure.
Receive visitors on behalf of the Premises occupiers, notifying them of their visitor’s arrival and directing the visitors to the location in the Premises as instructed by the occupiers.
Individual to be uniformed and trained in customer service
Meeting room management to ensure maximum utilization of the space and high customer satisfaction
Ensure that notification of the arrival of visitors is provided promptly
Manage a visitor record and ID system, in compliance with GE policies and procedures to ensure record is kept of their presence on the premises and their departure from the premises
Ensure visitors are briefed on the Health & Safety procedure for the premises
Operate the switchboard and follow the correct procedure for transferring calls
Provide trained cover where required
Manage the spare key process for the offices and furniture on site
Take deliveries on behalf of the Premises Occupiers and notify them of any delivery which has been received. In the event that the delivery is to be signed for, contact the relevant occupier and request that their representative attends reception to sign for and collect the delivery
Follow up on assigned GE Environment, Health & Safety and Security Crisis Management tasks as notified by GE management systems (Powersuite) and supported by GE management team
Act as Facilities Helpdesk contact to manage direct requests onsite, and GE management system workflow
Manage CP&SO provided tea point and office supplies (initiate purchasing, regularly check and refill as needed)
Reception personnel shall have sufficient ability to enable them to:
•Learn the Assignment Instructions and site procedures
•Use a PC to produce reports and communications
•Make clear and concise log entries
•Deal with staff, visitors and agents in a competent and professional manner
•Receive sufficient training to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the satisfaction of GE
